The wine that our Sergio, lover of fruity wines, strongly wanted. It stands out from the crowd .
The grapes are harvested manually when fully ripe and are then subjected to cryomaceration which takes place for approximately 12 hours at a temperature of 8°.
This is followed by soft pressing and static clarification by gravity for approximately 48 hours.
Fermentation takes place in steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 16°.
The wine ages in steel vats until bottling.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: gentle with aromas of citrus, peach, elderflower and musk
Palate: fruity, savory and fresh, moderately acidic with good final persistence.
Serving temperature: 12° - 14°
Pairings: it is perfect as an aperitif but also goes well with appetizers, lightly seasoned first courses, with soups, risottos, fish and medium-aged cheese
