La casa padronale
The manor house
We have called it this way, because in the past it was the summer/autumn residence of the old estate, which has been renovated and improved so much to be considered, as a whole, one of the best estates in Val d'Elsa.
The apartment, situated on the 1st floor, offers a terrace with a breathtaking view of San Gimignano and the surrounding countryside. The wooden ceiling and the bricks in terracotta are a feast for the eyes.
It consists of 3 bedrooms with bathroom: 1 DeLuxe + 1 Superior + 1 Comfort, together with a living room for common use.

The guest house
This part of the farmhouse had already been conceived in the past to welcome the tourists or the farmers who came help with the harvesting of grapes and olives during summer and autumn.
Situated on the ground floor, it also has a ceiling with wooden beams and tiles, and consists of 6 rooms with bathroom (4 Superior and 2 Comfort), together with a living room for common use.

The farmer’s house
As the name suggests, this was the residence of the last farmers who lived in this estate.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a beautiful wooden ceiling and tiles perfectly restored to its natural splendor of the past. Attractive is the discovery of 2 main beams that take us back to the end of 1700, when the whole country house was born thanks to the fine craftmanship of the Olivetan Friars.
It is made up of 4 rooms with bathroom, 1 DeLuxe + 2 Superior and 1 Comfort.

The burnt house
Originally this was an agricultural shed that began to be called so, after a fire that destroyed a part of it.
Later it was completely renovated choosing a sober and very elegant style, which brings back to its former glory the ceiling with chestnut beams and terracotta tiles.
It is composed of 3 rooms with large windows that showcase the Tuscan countryside in all its beauty: 2 beautiful Panoramic DeLuxe and 1 Panoramic Junior Suite.
