Production method: the lemons are peeled, their peels macerated in alcohol for about 10 days;
what results from it is an infusion that gives color and flavor to the product. Subsequently the
infusion is mixed with water and sugar, and the Limoncino is ready.

Appearance: cloudy and intense yellow, with bright reflections

Taste: the perception of lemon is very intense, pleasant to the smell and the palate, very
consistent in the mouth and persistent in its aroma. Even when drunk warm, the alcoholic part is
not noticeable.
