Fruity Tuscan EVO oil from hillside olive groves

The Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tenuta Sovestro is an authentic and versatile EVO oil, produced from around 450 olive trees trained in polyconic and monocone vase systems at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level, in the heart of San Gimignano.

Available in three practical formats (0.5L, 1L, 3L), this Tuscan extra virgin olive oil expresses the character of the territory with harmony and intensity, ideal for enhancing everyday Tuscan cooking or gourmet dishes.

The Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo varieties are harvested in November using a combination of mechanical and manual methods, maximising quality and freshness. Cold pressing within hours of harvest guarantees acidity below 0.8%, preserving polyphenols and the genuine flavours of the 6×6 spacing of our olive groves.
