Il Rosato della Via Vecchia IGT Rosato 2024 is Tenuta Sovestro’s wine of lightness: graceful, lively, dynamic and playful, perfect for easy moments and summer aperitivi in San Gimignano.

This Tuscan rosé IGT captures the essence of the territory with immediate freshness and a smile in the glass, ideal for those who love vibrant rosé wines without ceremony — to enjoy alone or with friends. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed, preserving delicacy and primary aromas.

A light clarification follows, then fermentation at 14°C in stainless steel tanks, maintaining vitality and purity. Ageing on its own lees in stainless steel until bottling delivers a fresh and authentic rosé, ready to shine with its lively personality.

Colore: light pastel pink, luminous

Naso: citrusy and fresh, with notes of small red fruits such as strawberry
