Products are shipped by the company 4Effe Soc. Agr. A.R.L. (Tenuta Sovestro) via MBE express courier, which ensures worldwide shipping (except for restrictions imposed by individual countries), safeguarding the products and guaranteeing proper packaging and perfect preservation throughout the journey. Shipments are traceable.

Shipping costs depend on weight, number of bottles, type of products purchased, and the destination country. The price may still be subject to change compared to what is shown by the website calculator due to restrictions, regulations, and specific constraints required by various laws, or surcharges applied by the courier for islands or certain countries.

Delivery times are generally 24/48 hours from the time of shipment, and may extend up to 10/15 working days (not guaranteed) due to possible customs delays.
Please note that Grappa and Limoncino products can only be shipped within Italy and Europe.
For Canada, mixed shipments (wine and oil) are not allowed, and the recipient must appoint and pay a broker for customs clearance.

It is also specified that customs duties (for non-EU shipments) are included only for wine shipments to private customers; for all other destinations or for oil, they are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For wooden boxes, an additional charge of €10 per box applies.
